Hitler Lives.
This must be the worst company to rent through. They treat you like rubbish, act like the Gestapo and even threaten you, by intimating what they can do, and generally make your life a misery.
They continuously remind you that when you rent 'YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS' threaten to do 'spot checks' and if you are not in they will use a key to get in, even though you are a decent renter, never caused a problem and pay on time.
Avoid this company like the plague, there are over 30 people spoken to in this small town who rent through them and are having the same problems. If you are wanting your deposit back, forget it as you won't get it!
Even if there is a repair they won't do and you offer to pay for it, if you are speaking with them they shout at you and if they write their words are harsh, they will not allow you to do things. You cannot even hang Christmas decorations up without asking them and then they have a strict criteria. It's not living peacefully when you rent through them it is HELL!
Let's hope one day they are in the same position.
We are renting an expensive property in a prime location and they still treat us like the dirt on their boots and nobody should ever be treated like that no matter what they rent, if they are good tenants.
