Selling a property is one of the most stressful things you can do but let me tell you this was not the case with auction house.From our first meeting with chris Jackson the valuer,he was a very genuine young man,he was clear and concise without being condescending.A thoroughly good old fashioned service which is hard to find these days.I would certainly use this company again if I was wanting a swift and easy sell.

Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
