After having problems with other agents providing unsatisfactory tenants, a friend recommended Northwoods, Oldham. As I am based in the south east, I need a local agent that is hands on and will deal with issues in a timely fashion as I cannot attend the property myself. Alex has always jumped on any problems straight away (including recently replacing the boiler - ouch!) and kept me and the tenant happy. I will definitely use Northwood again when I need another tenant.

Terrible customer service.
Decline potential buyers a viewing before knowing all the facts. You should ask the right questions first.
They blame everyone else and do not return calls so the only correspondence you get is emails.

Unfortunately if you put the wrong information in to your Rightmove enquiry, as you did by saying you had a house to sell, it is not our fault we cannot action your request when instructed by the vendor to only allow viewings with buyers in a postion to proceed.
