Q Sales and Lettings were simply brilliant when selling our flat a few months ago. It was refreshing to deal with a bunch of honest guys who genuinely seemed to have out best interests at heart. James in particular was excellent: his photos of our flat looked great, helpful feedback after each viewing, and patient explanations of the processes we were going through.

Our sale and purchase took much longer than expected due to buyers and sellers dropping out along the way but James and the team stayed with us throughout and couldn't have worked any harder to get the job done. Not only were they 100 per cent focussed on the sale of our house - when the estate agents we were buying from proved to be useless - they also stepped in and did their job for them too. I can honestly say that without Qlets the purchase of our new property would have fallen through.

We met a few estate agents before going with Qlets. There was no intimidating sales pitch, no over powering aftershave, and, as it's a local self-starting business there was a real sense that they cared (unlike the larger estate agents where we just felt like a sales target). Can't recommend these guys enough.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
