Absolutely terrible service. Two months into marketing and we had to chase up the colour brochures that we were promised when we had our initial consultation with Tom. We were giving conflicting advice by Tom and Shane (Branch Manager) regarding marketing our property. A total lack of knowledge regarding services offered on rightmove, i.e a new price search banding between £170k and £180k. A member of the team arrived late for a pre-planned viewing appointment and then attempted to command that viewing having never visited our property before to familiarise themself with the layout. Phone call appointments made but never delivered on time, if at all. All in all a disappointing experience and I would not considering using Connells again to market my property. I would not recommend this service. Unless your property will sell itself I would recommend you go elsewhere as the agents lose interest if they actually have to put any effort into attempting to sell your property.

Reasonable, and you get what you pay for!! The other two agents tried to charge us half the amount but we achieved £9000 more!
