This was my first time selling a property and being in a chain. Paul helped me on numorous occasions giving me details on how it all worked and kept me completely in the picture. Nearing completion I was panicking about time being taken with packing and I was concerned I wouldn't get everywhere as clean as I wanted. Paul found me a cleaner that made my house sparkle. This took pressure off me and again Paul helped prevent what is already a stressful situation become even more stressful. I have also found Helen very helpful when phoning up and Simon also helped. The team at this branch have certainly all helped me feel a lot better about this process. Thank you!

There was a special deal which made them very competitive, I think it was 0.5%, it was worth every penny for piece of mind, clarity and the guidance provided by them.

Fee was a little high but that was due to the price of the property. As the property was only 110k I had to pay the minimum 2k plus VAT. Not the branches fault, seems standard across all estate agents.
