I have been very impressed by the letting agency of Northwood in the Oldham Branch especially by the fantastic staff who I have dealt with when wanting to rent a property for the first time.
Alex, the person who viewed the property I am now renting was brilliant at answering questions through being a very friendly and honest person, not in the way that others I have dealt with in the past.
I must stay that I am very pleased I chose to rent with Northwood as the prices, timing and service I have received has been outstanding in all aspects- no messing around with paper work, fast timings and reliable contact and communication.
Alex, Jo and David have all really helped push through my application as I wanted to move into the property asap, and they did this by going above and beyond to make sure this was possible for me- I was able to move into my flat within a week.

Would recommend the agency, branch and staff to all.

Brilliant- straight up with what was needed, not lots of extra little payments, told what needed (which wasn't as much as other agencies had said to me). Good price!

Unfortunately if you put the wrong information in to your Rightmove enquiry, as you did by saying you had a house to sell, it is not our fault we cannot action your request when instructed by the vendor to only allow viewings with buyers in a postion to proceed. Gabi rang back twice with no answer. We even had an email reply from you acknowledging our calls.
