I am a land lord gave the contract to this foolish incompetent, ill manored staff who laugh at you on the phone. I foolishly signed up with them after the first 3 months it went down hill they gave quotes for work which I signed off and they got it done cheaper on 2 occasions and I found out they had a handy man doing the work not trained professionals. on a different occasion I asked for an invoice for electrical work done they refused I got the name of the electrician called him he gave me a price then HURST AYLESBURY gave me an inflated price.

Then after all this was resolved they promised they wont to it again in writing.

Signed up for another not 2 months in to it they doing samething again but worse now legal action will be taken against Hurst for fraud due to mis management of the house and lying to me about tenant also invoicing me for work carried out by neighbour at no cost to me.

No communication form these ppl for weeks I had to chase them for everything I paid them for nothing .

Don't go near Hurst, High Wycombe. No weekly reports provided despite promises for my up for sale studio. 6 requests for stats ignored thus not possible to ask informed questions or come to informed decisions- you have to ring and chase them.
