On 18/09 I emailed the Landlord the Check Out report and asked him to confirm he was happy for us to release the deposit back to tenants. On 28/08 I emailed the Landlord again as hadn't heard back from him and emailed the Tenant to let her know.
My colleague subsequently spoke to the Landlord. The Landlord advised the property was not cleaned to professional standard and bathroom cabinets and a bike was left in the property which had to be removed and disposed of, all at a cost of £250. On ...
