I was very happy with Bacon & Co. and would not hesitate to recommend them.
They could not have helped me more with pushing the deal to fruition, liaising directly with my and the vendor's solicitor, ensuring deadlines were met and smoothing out sticking points between myself and the vendor.
Even offered to help plumb in the washing machine when it became apparent my daughter would have to move in with her baby on her own due to my elderly mother coming out of hospital early and needing me to look after her.
Contactable, approachable, professional and human.
