I have let my property with Northwood now for over seven years, I have had minimal vacate periods between tenancies and always received great customer service with regular communication.

I have always been happy with Northwood's selection of tenant, having been reassured that they have carried out all the necessary checks and referencing.

Any maintenance issues have always been rectified promptly with minimal fuss.

I would highly recommend Northwood to any other landlords.
