Rachel was my property manager while I rented a one bedroom flat in Edinburgh. She was very comprehensive in going through the lease with me, and took time to explain procedures in detail & answer my questions. She was very friendly & approachable throughout my tenancy, and I felt confident in her abilities. If I had any problems she responded to these immediately & issues were rectified. Unfortunately I had to break my lease early due to unforseen overseas study, however Rachel was extremely understanding during this time & very efficient. She re-advertised the property within one day of speaking with her about this, and had a viewing organised for the following day. I was extremely impressed with the way in which she handled this inconvenient situation, and I felt grateful knowing that she had my best interests in mind. The whole process from flat viewing, to signing lease, collecting keys, living in the property, breaking lease & moving out was very straightforward, and I'd recommend Rachel as an excellent property manager due to her amenable & helpful nature, and complete professionalism throughout. Thanks Rachel..!
