I've never used Prospect before, but was reassured after their fantastic service, which was very prompt and very courteous. Very highly recommend Prospect Lettings! :)
Comment on agent fees
Quite a lot higher than other agents, would expect maybe ‚£350 for referencing and administration. Romans are the only other agent with fees this high.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
