I am very disappointed about how the company dealt with me as a customer. I've called the company three times to arrange a viewing on a three bedroom property in Hinckley. My first phone call was just around four hours after it has been advertised. Every time I called the agents told me that they are busy, to leave a name and a phone number and they will call me back. This was an absolute lie. They didn't call in the last six days. My girlfriend also sent an email to request a viewing the next day after it was advertised. All we got is an absolute ignorance. Scrivins & Co has probably no idea how to deal with customers.
