Roger was recommended to me through a colleague. I had no recent experience in buying a home but Roger made the whole experience less stressful. He explained the types of mortgages and helped me find a mortgage which was right for me. He always reminded me that if i had any questions or worries , i was to call him which reassured me.I am extremely grateful for his advice.

We have had to pay again for searches which was ‚£350 each time,when we were advised that the 100%retention put on property was not our fault but santanders and would not have to pay again on new property we are purchasing.

Admin fee is overrated just to print off something on some paper I could have done it myself for less than ‚£10 I understanddthat it has to be paid for but ink and paper does not cost over ‚£200.

As stated by the above person I moved into a property rented by Berrisford addams again left in poor condition by previous tenant soild matters poor over cleanliness now there say iv left the property in a mess's and with holding my deposit this is no way a business that is capable to let property and run it ! ...
