Liverpool Central Belvoir have been extremely helpful to my my partner and I. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were looking for somewhere to live with very short notice. We had looked with many other agents in the city but had failed to find anything suitable that was available in the time we needed. Once we contacted Belvoir regarding a property we had seen advertised, they were very quick to arrange viewings for us and arrived promptly for appointment. We decided to take the property immediately as we liked it but it was clear that the agent was knowledgable about the property and able to answer our queries-a good sign! Once we explained that we needed to move in within two weeks, Belvoir were very helpful and assured us this wouldn't be a problem for them to process, where other agencys had been reluctant to help us. From our first telephone call to getting the keys it took 4 days-this included our full referencing. Since then, Belvoir have responded immediately to our queries and even telephoned to double check that the landlord has sorted out reported issues. We have been really happy with the service from Belvoir and would recommend them to anyone.
