Mandy was very professional and offered us the best valuation for our property out of the 3 estate agents we contacted. We were initially worried that the valuation was too high, but they were confident they could sell at the given valuation price, and they did so, within a week, so they were actually spot on! Sam diligently kept us up to date with our sale progress. It was a difficult sale which took longer than expected to complete, however Sam remained professional, kept us calm and was friendly and approachable throughout. The financial advisor appointed to obtain our buyers mortgage also worked on her day off, chasing, making calls, which is more than we would expect. Overall we felt confident with Sam and the team's expertise and skills in selling our property. This is the second time we have used Reeds Rains to sell our property.
