I am currently trying to buy a property. It is vacant and I was told there had been a buyer before me so the sale should be quick and straightforward. 18 weeks later the sale is still NOT complete. I have been repeatedly lied to about various issues, given deadlines that were not met and made promises they were unable to keep. It is hard to believe they are incapable of making a telephone call to move on a sale in the time-frames THEY promise. When you tell them something they don't want to hear, they simply put the phone down on you. They don't even care that they stand to lose the vendor the sale if they don't do their job within the time-scales given! I pity any seller who has signed up with them, because I have no idea what you are paying them to do!
I would NEVER use this company again, to buy or to sell. They are incompetent in all aspects of this profession and I would be embarrassed to work for them.

The agent could have shown honesty and integrity, they could have communicated better, been more efficient in getting things done and NOT put down the phone or fail to phone back when asked.Attached Filesnbsp;

Having been assured that our property would have no problem selling we were very excited to put an offer on a property also with Miles and Barr.
