Very professional friendly service in dealing with house sale after a bereavement and someone having to move into residential care. Good communications from Kerri Anne and Sally,very good re-negotiation by Mick after a sale fell through, and we felt supported throughout the process, especially as I was selling from 100 miles away on behalf of a relative.
Comment on agent fees
underestimated, we in fact received a higher offer, but declined to follow that through as they wanted to mess about with structural surveys and we wanted to progress the sale without delay so opted for a lower cash buyer who could proceed fast.
