We found a property to buy as a buy-to-let. I visited 3 local letting agents about managing it. They all seemed capable but I decided to use Belvoir. The property was visited by John Fiduccia and later by Davinder Gharial and we took advice from both on what in their opinion needed doing to it to be successful in marketing it. They found & referenced what so far seem to be suitable tenants fairly quickly & the property was rented within a month of purchase completion. Tobie Hau was our main contact during the process of finding tenants, we have also communicated with Emma Nolan at Belvoir and Megan Williams has sorted out utility billing issues, keys etc. smoothing the whole process. So far we have been very happy with Belvoir and we understand that our new tenants are also happy with their move into the property.

The fees seem to be in the right ballpark, which I would expect from an experienced agent.
