I have been acting as Executor to the affairs of a friend who died in March. I interviewed three agents including Thomas Morris, and they were by far the most impressive. Not being resident in the area myself, I was dependent on my opinion, so I sought back-up impressions from local friends, and they endorsed my opinion. The Manager of the St Ives branch was very helpful in aiding me resolve one or two problems in the house. Several prospective buyers were found, and eventually a well-placed cash buyer was found, prepared to pay an acceptable price. Well done, Thomas Morris!
