We just wanted to clarify that according to our records we received an email offer from you guys on the 18th April 2015, advising that that you wanted to start contracts on the 8th June 2015, which was your actual move in date. Therefore we are puzzled to see how the contact start/move in date was postponed?????

We always give the previous tenants the opportunity to have the flat professionally cleaned themselves before vacating the property, which in this case was the 7th June 2015, the day before you moved in and was in fact a Sunday.

We were also disappointed that the flat was not left cleaned to a satisfactory standard by the previous tenants and immediately authorised you to have the flat professionally cleaned. The only reason that we asked you to arrange the cleaning yourselves is so that you can arrange suitable access arrangements with the cleaners. You will also recall that the cost of the cleaning was immediately paid by us upon receipt of the cleaning invoice.

Now that the facts have been stated, we hope that you continue to have a pleasant stay at the flat for the remainder of the tenancy
