Hi Lucy, We're sorry that the sale didn't manage to complete. Unfortunately the sellers didn't fully disclose their situation to us and as soon as they did we immediately notified you & advised you not to spend any further money. The process to buy or sell a property in the UK allows for any buyer or seller to withdraw from the sale at any point before exchange without having to give any reason, this is also equally as frustrating for us as we also don't get paid until completion meaning we h ...
