To whom it may concern.
I move my business to Nichol & Co November, 2014 as I was abroad at that time. My former letting agent had business troubles and was failing miserably in managing the property such as letting to unvetted tenants and late payments of monies received. Initially, Jo then Robert took over the account and I had an immediate improvement. The tenant (who was sourced by my former agent) left the house in a unletable state and in rent arrears. Nichol & Co (Robert) was helpful and sympathetic to my plight. Robert aided me greatly with the return of the deposit from DPS. Robert always displays a professional, friendly and reassuring manner to the problems at hand.
I am more than pleased with professional and friendly service provide by Nichol & Co at the Worcester office and Robert in particular. Should the reader want a company that does things rather than talk about doing things then Nichol & Co is for you.
