I really cannot speak highly enough about these amazing agents. They are friendly, approachable and genuinely nice people. We haven't had the smoothest experience however that has had nothing to do with Harvey Robinson. They have been fantastic and were always there for us to moan at even if it had nothing to do with them and you can very clearly tell they care. They do everything in their power to make sure you receive the very best service. From retaking photos because it wasn't a great day when they came out or even changing them because you don't like them, to keeping you regularly updated with absolutely everything. They are the only agents I have had experience with that take the clients views and opinions into account. Mathew and Shaun in particular have being outstanding!! They were fantastic with our 2 young boys too. Always taking the time to speak to them and make them feel included which I think is superb. Not only were they great at selling our home they did everything they could to help us find a property too. I'm so glad we chose Harvey Robinson and I will be recommending their services to everyone I know and when the time arises again to move house I will not hesitate to phone Mathew.
