Kristy was the ultimate professional. She always did what she promised to do and really worked hard at getting viewers for us. She kept us regularly updated with how things were developing which made us feel important to her as clients.
Her approach was friendly and warm and she was always really cheerful and positive when she spoke to me. Her positive attitude gave us every confidence in her ability to sell our home.
Simone and Angela were also two agents that stood out as very professional and helpful and their contribution in arranging viewings for us is very much appreciated.
Thanks to everyone for your unfailing commitment to getting us a great deal on our home. We can now move onto a new chapter in our lives and our new home will give us a lifestyle we have wanted for so long. (Just not looking forward to all the decorating that's to come!)

Comment on agent fees
I generally think the fees charged are expensive across the whole industry and Manning Staintons are about average for similar services elsewhere. I think what would help vendors would be if agents could give a breakdown of all the charges covered by selling fees and be open to more negotiation.
