We were asked to write a review of the service we received from Jacks & Jones and we are more than happy to:
Just wanted to say how impressed we are with Jacks & Jones estate agents. We originally had our property on the market with a well known local estate agent. After a number of weeks and a failed sale we decided to try Jacks & Jones. We found a difference in approach straight away. They were upbeat, cheerful and listened to what we needed from an agent.
They also produced a set of sales details that were far superior in content and pictures which really helped sell the property not just List" it. This was all included in their fee at no additional cost (cheaper than the original estate agents as well).
They attended every viewing and really sold the property and the location not just open doors to a room. The communication throughout was consistent and regular.
No surprise they secured a sale on our home and although the solicitors were a little difficult to deal with Jacks & Jones kept the sale on track and helped sort out any issues.
We would recommend Jacks & Jones to anybody looking to move.
