We are a professional company and in the contract the tenants have to have the carpets professionally cleaned on vacating the property. If this is not done then it will come out of the deposit. When a tenant hands in there notice then we put the property back on the market so that the landlord does not lose any rent we aim to find a tenant as soon as the tenant vacates. We give 24hrs notice with a time and date of when we would like the viewing to take place but the tenant can change these if inconvenient to them or most tenants just let us go into the property with the key as they do not want to be there when the viewing takes place so we give the tenants this option too.
