Having had three valuations from various local estate agents, I chose to proceed with Northwood. I felt they were both professional and proactive in their approach. This was soon demonstrated when my property sold just days after putting it on the market with several viewings lined up straight away. I would highly recommend Northwood, I always found all members of staff to be helpful.
