The agent turned up when I called for an valuation on my late Uncle's house. They quickly provided a sensible value and no sooner had I appointed them than the found a buyer. I'm not sure what more I could expect from an estate agent.

I paid a fixed fee which was very reasonable given the speed of the sale.
