I have just sold my property through Sarah Mains in Low Fell. From start to finish the service I have received from not only the branch but also the conveyancing support team was first class. Glynnis from the Whickham branch originallly came out and valued the house and took photos and the details were quickly assembled to go live online. Prior to the property going live I had 4 viewings arranged for the property which was credit to the sales team in the office. The negotiations were handled brilliantly. The only issue I've had with the sale has been the length of time it has taken to complete. However, Sharon from the conveyancing team has been superb. When I was failing to get sensible responses from solicitors on the delays, Sharon was actively seeking answers for me and trying to push the sale along.

Comment on agent fees
Fees are never going to be willingly paid, however the Sarah Mains team negotiated a good price considering I was selling 2 properties straight after one another

It was most definitely the buyer who turned up at the house as we know him ….he owns the house across the street and my son rented it from him. Please do not insult our intelligence with anymore lies.
