I have been a Tenant of the Northwood Office (Carlisle) for over 6 years and have rented three properties.
During this time I have had no reason to complain in relation to the way that I am treated as a tenant.
The staff are second to none, especially the front desk girls, Erika, Gilli and Maxine, they are a major asset to the projection of a professional and highly motivated office.
My main dealing are with Maxine and I can only praise her professional approach.
No query or problem is too small or too large, her determination to solve any problems that I have had has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. And if there has been a delay she has always kept me up to date with developments until conclusion. This is highlighted when dealing with the paperwork when I have transferred from one property to another.
I can only reiterate what I have already stated, she is a pleasure to deal with, an asset to the company.
I look forward to staying with the company for the future, knowing that I have these people to help and support me.
