My Relationship with LUFF started 2.5 years back. I have changed multiple employers during this period in Farnborough, but i never faced any difficulty in changing the rental contracts or any amendments to the contracts. LUFF though they are in to real estate, they understand the Professional changes very well and provide a customized solution to the Tenant.

LUFF charges are never expensive.

LUFF was with me even in my difficult financial situations. few months before i lost a big amount in identity theft. I informed to LUFF, they coordinated with Landlord and explained them the situation and favored us. I never saw such generosity from Agents to Tenants, as i lived in many countries in europe, asia and USA.

I never felt that i am an tenant, LUFF made me to feel that this is my home. In return we tried to maintain the flat clean as much as possible. i have faced almost 10 property visits and i ensured that there is no major complaint from myside. In return the LUFF also never increased me the rent from past 2.5 years.

This is what a relations ship and win win situation for tenant agency and landlord..

Due to the employment change, I am forced to relocate. But till last minute i was not ready to leave the flat and i saw my tears during checkout. I felt that I miss my home.

Thank You very Much LUFF.. Please continue the same services. Infact my entire qualcomm is well aware of LUFF and their services.

They are not always commercial..

though this is fully furnished spacious pent house with superb view, this can be easily rent out for 1100 pounds in market. But due to the long relationship LUFF retained me at 895 pounds from past 3 years.
