We have used Northwood Carlisle to let our portfolio of around 18 properties for several years now. We have always found them to be very good at what they do. Properties are usually let promptly at market rates. Having Northwood as an agent removes the hassle involved in renting property. In addition the staff are always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. As a company they are also very good at answering various property related matters which in effect brings added value to the letting service provided.
Comment on agent fees
No fees at all would be better !! however considering the work done by the agent we are happy with the fees charged.
