I was very pleased with the service I received from Northwood. Maxine was very pleasant and helpful member of the team. She explained everything clearly and was very efficient.
I have been a landlord for a long time and have been subject to loss of rent, abandonment and damage to my property.
The guaranteed rent for me takes a lot of stress and worry out of renting my property as I know I will have no void periods.
I am a member of the landlord Association and I will be recommending Northwood to other members.
