Rude, unhelpful, terrible customer service. we moved out in august and still haven't got our deposits back (paid £1050, apparently getting £700 back) no explanation of why it has taken so long or why there has been so much taken off. disgusted with how they have treated us. DON'T USE MORGAN RANDALL IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSITS BACK.
Whilst living there we had a few problems with plumbing etc. told them about it and took them a month to do anything about it (we had no shower and only cold water for a month). we were charged for damp on the ceiling (which had come from tenants upstairs).
We still don't know why this has taken so long. no apology given. Treats tenants with little to no respect, we paid our rent on time every single month, kept the flat to a very high standard and were always helpful with them when they wanted to view the flat.
as well as all of this, when we had the Inventory taken, it was done a week after we moved in, so everything noted was already ours, so when we came to move out they tried to charge us for items that weren't there (but were noted on the inventory).
