I recently used Northwood to find a tenant for my rental property and found the service to be consistently knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My property was let with only a one week void period and with the reassurance that the prospective tenant had been properly vetted.

I would highly recommend Northwood to any other landlord or tenant and believe them to be the best agent in Carlisle offering this service. Always a pleasure to deal with!
