Really bad agency and awful service.

Incorrect details, emails sent even after the things were submitted, problems regarding communication, unclear about the contract, didn't provide professional cleaning, didn't fix what we asked to fixed before entering the flat.
What agent could do to change your mind?
With the kind of service I had, ‚£1 for the agent's fees was more than enough.
