From the start of the process all the way through to completion Chris and the team kept me updated and were willing to answer any questions I had - no matter how silly! They understood my concerns and helped me understand the process and timings associated. Despite living away from the area I always knew the latest situation, how many people were viewing the property and what would happen next. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
