Dave responded to all my queries instantly when in the office. On occasions when he was out, he always replied as soon as he returned. He clearly demonstrated knowledge of the end-to-end sales process and seamlessly guided me through it from start to finish. When exchange and completion dates kept being delayed, and contact wasn't forthcoming from the solicitors, Dave was quick to reconcile information from both parties. This ensured the root causes of any issues were tackled in the right way, allowing the process to positively progress. This gave me piece of mind throughout the sale of my property.
