Gripe is with there maintenance team. Moved into apartment, boiler broken, no hot water for 4 weeks.
16 weeks later intermittent hot water, after 8 weeks of being messed about I was told to organise the maintenance myself....boiler fixed within 24 hours.
Estate agents agreed date I moved out the property, back room staff then * me for rent when property was empty (small print para 22.1)
Make better Cowboys than Clint Eastwood!!!

Terrible communication. Customer service is non existent. Never keeps you updated (the customer has to do all the chasing and they never call you back). I would never recommend Connells in Yeovil, use a different agent or branch....
