This is the 2nd time we used Harvey Robinson,the first time was 10 years ago.
Every year since our initial huse sale,I received a courtesy call from the Company giving me an update on the Housing Market.Twice during this time we considered placing our home on the market,and the Company came to complete a valuation with no pressure.
During our Recent sale we received weekly updates on how the sale was progressing.They initially gave an honest valuation which was nt over inflated.They provided me with all the relevant information upfront,and explained the reason for everything.Our initial purchaser was unable to proceed,3 days after the offer,however they contacted the 2 other interested parties and we received new offers within 3 days .
Over the past 10 years we were made to feel valued,as if we were their only client.This is an experience I feel many Estate Agents do not give,particularly during a buoyant Housing Market.
