I never usually leave reviews but I have had the most terrible experience with Dunpark that I had to. I have never dealt with such a useless and awful company. The staff are rude and unhelpful and will only reply to your emails if they need something. They regularly ignore your emails, calls and are extremely patronising.
When we had problems with the flat, including broken heating and plumbing, it would take them weeks to reply to emails and even longer to fix the problem. When we arrived in the flat there was a hole in the ceiling and it took them nearly 3 months to fix it.
Everyone else I know who rents from Dunpark experience similar problems. My friends had a broken fridge which took a month to replace and their ceiling fell through which took them 4 months to fix. They currently have a broken oven and their emails and calls have been ignored for 10 days now.
We are also still waiting for our deposit back and we left the property over 6 months ago now. It is unacceptable and I can't understand how they still have business.
I would strongly advise never to work with Dunpark, they are rude, useless and have been unbearable to deal with.

No debt? Really? Not according to the Dunpark balance sheets for the last three years.
Dunpark's credibility on this forum is so low precisely because claims like "Dunpark is a no debt business" can be shown to be false and evidenced to be so, from public records.

The _sheer number_ of calls over a problem that is neither being taken or handled seriously, followed by an almost gdpr level of data-dump shows the true face of the company.
They will _NOT_ use a certified competant company to carry repairs. I've evidence of prior experience with them where they challenge, deny and flat out refuse to cover the cost of repairs on a property they supposedly manage.
