I was in the slightly unusual situation of helping to sell a jointly owned house, belonging to older relatives, which required some modernisation, in an area away from my own home. This made things a little trickier for me than a "normal sale". I am pleased to say that Warren and Stuart made everything much easier to handle through their professionalism and caring attitudes. An investment buyer was identified very quickly and the price we achieved was very good. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others as they are knowledgable, friendly, responsive and achieve results. I also liked the fact that they had an office as well as an online presence which gave me more reassurance than a purely online agent. In my opinion they offer an excellent service for a realistic price in today's estate agency market.
