I was recently introduced to Anthony Antoniou at Global House Estates through a friend.
I was just about to relocate from London to New York and so time was pretty short.
I wanted to rent out my flat while I was away but wasn't quite sure how I went about doing that as I had never done that before.
Anthony came to view my property, had a look around and immediately gave me a monthly rental estimate.
He let me know what he and the company could do for me as a new Landlord.
I immediately felt like I was in safe hands.
There was no complicated jargon or things that I didn't understand.
He made everything super clear and confirmed that they would take the weight off my shoulders and handle everything from then on.
Global House Estates made sure that my property had all the legal landlord checks, found new tenants, set up the contracts etc and have been in constant communication to reassure me every step of the way.
I couldn't ask for better care and service.
The fact that I never even have to think or worry about my property pretty much says it all.
I know and trust it is in good hands.
I will continue to use them and recommend them in a heartbeat.
