The worst experience ever had in our life. We rented a mews with them at 2 Connaught Close, W22AD. The rent is £3141,67 per month. The property is managed by Lurot Brand. They rented us a property that looked like very nice, but then we found out problems that we couldn't expect. The major problem was safety: The electric system was not safe at all, the windows at the ground floor are blocked and with wires passing into the wood part. After 6 months we were in the house we found out that we could blow up anytime because of the wires of the electric system were not only eaten by rats but also the wires were burnt due to the fact that the transformers could not support the watt of the lights. Since that moment our nightmare started. Because of their bad organization they started sending a lot of people for the quotations. In the meantime the electric system was deactivated so, we were and we are still without lights in the house. They started to send a lot of people for quotations, always disturbing our privacy. We were not able to organize our life because of their bad organization. Anyway, this was only the beginning of the nightmare. In the meantime also Gas Certificate expired and they didn't take any action before I reported this negligence to HSE.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Lurot Brand left us without lights in the house for 23 days before starting the works. We asked a like for like accommodation at least during the works because I am a registered Asthma patient, so I couldn't stay during the works in a place full of dust. They denied it. (They had to cut ceilings and floors to rewire the 3 floors and they were expecting us to live in a property full of holes, dust and any kind of toxic material). I had to run to emergencies for asthma attack and not Lurot Brand nor the Landlord, ever said sorry to us. I am still under treatment for all the health problems this situation created to me. In order to avoid paying for all damages and relocation, the landlord took us to Court and he asks for the repossession of the house.Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
Lurot Brand left us without lights in the house for 23 days before starting the works. We asked a like for like accommodation at least during the works because I am a registered Asthma patient, so I couldn't stay during the works in a place full of dust. They denied it.
