Having posted a previous review, I was contacted by Patsy Day who came to see me. It was good to know that the reviews are read and responded to. We discussed the points raised and some of them were dealt with there and then - others have led to a change in the wording of one of Belvoir's standard letters. I feel much happier now and only wish that I had contacted the office directly to raise my concerns rather than publishing them on this review site. http://www.allagents.co.uk/review/163586

What agent could do to change your mind?
I suggest taat their office is too far from Lakenheath/Mildenhall to take on the management on USAF rental properties. With the office being in Bury St Edmunds, USAF personnel tend not to look at letting agents so far away. Please stick with local rentals and do not take on more than you can handle.
