David and his team were absolutely brilliant. They are easily the quickest, most efficient and hardworking sales team we have ever encountered when dealing with estate agents and we are really impressed with the service we received. What we particularly liked was the way they never seemed to tire from bringing people in and the seamless co-ordination of work between their offices - everyone always knows what is going on and if your designated person is not in, there will be another one, fully briefed.

We had a constant flow of viewings from day one and in the middle of summer holidays too, which was no mean feat, and were very quickly in a position to actually choose among three offers. David in particular was closely involved in each stage of the sale - no matter how routine or significant- such as the evaluation, to, for example, making sure he was present with both the photographer and the buyers' bank surveyors (which, from our experience, rarely happens). He could always be reached, was quick to reply to any emails and phone calls, and instantly liaised with both sets of lawyers when we felt things should be more expedient. He is a highly energetic and focused individual who always listens to the client but equally, pushes through with the deal until it's been done to everyone's satisfaction. Top marks all around!
