I was a long term tenant nearly 7 years, both the landlady and the letting agents were not interested in any problems I had. I am so glad I have a new landlord, that is interested in what is going on in his property.

Everything took months to sort out with Touchstone. Couldn't turn off electric on mains electric board and everything you turned on in the house blew the switches, electrician wanted to shut off all power as unsafe, still took weeks for any action, cooker thermostat broke but took 3 months to get it sorted and that was over Christmas period. Unsafe stair carpet which caused me to fall and a broken wrist. I can go on but won't.

The Manger is the most unapproachable woman I have ever had to deal with.

Still in the same property, but with a new landlord and he doesn't seem to just want the money, but the tenant to actually have some say in what goes on.

It wouldn't matter if the CEO did see it anyway I have sent him numerous of emails which he has blatantly ignored! Worst company I have ever dealt with ...
