Gemma is extremely professional and provides excellent client service. She is very helpful on a daily basis, always returning calls and queries. She is managing very well the letting process, comunicating very well with all people involved. I feel I can trust on her and that really give me some calm. I would definetly recommend her as the agent to manage the property if you are a tenant.

Agent fees are always very high in Berkshire area as the monthly rents.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
